1. Dhirubhai Ambani International School (DAIS)

Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E) : This school was established in 2003. For three consecutive years DAIS has been ranked the No.1 school. 3. RN Podar School, Santacruz (w)

Podar group has always been a pioneer in the field of education since 1927. RN Podar CBSE was set up in 1998. Their first CBSE batch of class 10 and class 12 graduated in 2003-04.

4. St. Mary’s School, Mazagaon 

 Initially opened as a Catholic Orphanage, in 1864, St. Mary’s was so on opened to students from all caste. Azim Premji, Zubin Mehta and Boman Irani are among its famed alumni. It has one of the largest campuses in South Mumbai with two sports grounds.

5. JB Petit High School for Girls

Maharishi Dadhichi Marg, Fort : It was established in 1860 by an Englishwoman named as Miss Prescotts Fort Christian School. However in 1946 the school was renamed JB Petit School for girls. This school is a recipient of International School Award from the British Council for the International Dimension in its curriculum.

6. Bombay Scottish School, Veer Savarkar Marg, Mahim 

The Scottish Missionaries established the Scottish Female Orphanage in 1897. Thus famed the Bombay Scottish school. In 1976, the name was changed to Bombay Scottish School. The school excels at sports, art, craft, music, gymnastics, holiday workshops along with the best education.

7. Jamnabai Narsee School, JVPD, Vile Parle 

Founded by three brothers, Chatrabhuj, Pratap and Dharamshee Narsee, the school was named after their mother in 1970. For the past 12 years, the school has been hosting a sports meet for differently abled children. The school focuses on academics competence and developing life skills through sports. Performing arts, community focus and leadership training.

8. Campion School, Coopergate Road, Fort

Founded in 1943 by Jesuits and Fr. Joseph Savall was the founder Principal. Started with only 23 students, this school now boosts of e-learning upto class 10 (ICSE), with annual fee of Rs. 70,000/-

9. Smt. Sulochanadevi  Singhania School

 Founded in the year 1968 by Gopalkrishna Singhania in memory of his wife Sulochanadevi. The school has global curriculum. The basic philosophy of the school is broad vision and incorporating skills set in everyday life.

10. THE CATHEDRAL & JOHN CANNON SCHOOL

 6, Purshottamdas Thakudas Marg : The Anglo-Scottish education society, founded in 1860, later became The Cathedral & John Cannon School. It became co-ed in 1965. The essence of this school lies in its heritage, IT enabled classrooms, music and out studies and of-course a huge library of 35,000 books.
