There is a strong co-relation between waking up early and being more productive. Wake up early doesn’t mean getting up at 2 am or 4 am in morning without giving proper rest to your body. Your body need rest to recover, recharge itself to go out next day and face the world, hence it’s very important to sleep 6-8 hours to rejuvenate yourself.
Then, what’s the meaning of waking up early. Well, it simply means become an early riser around 5:30 or 6 AM and formulate a routine. We don’t have to be a scientist to understand and simply follow the routine of all successful people. You will realize most of them are early riser.
