11 years of experience including 7 years of teaching and 5 years of administration in schools of W.B., Jharkhand and Haryana.
How did you choose the field of education? Was it by choice or some inspiration from someone or a childhood dream? Please help with more details.
I love kids the only reason to be an educator is to be with little scholars to learn and enjoy the experience. Then the people met in this field are really magicians who converts little angles into warriors to life.
What would you like to mention for your greatest achievements in field of education? Which gives you a sense of satisfaction?
Being as a founder principal for two schools and in charge of a reputed school helps me to understand the need and opportunities to meet the requirements.
How has the education system changed as per your view since you were a student yourself?
Platforms like yayskool.com and other digital platforms are blessings for the education system and today’s generation. Flood of reference books and tsunami of home tutoring makes education system more affordable and more accessible.
What are the qualities you think an individual should possess to be a good teacher or work in field of education?
I can talk about me as I am a very good learner, excellent moderator, and a psychoanalyst.
How do you handle discipline problems in today’s world? What is the most difficult aspect of discipline for you?
Being an example is the only way to handle, consistency is most difficult.
If you were to change 1-2 things in our Indian education system, what would be those & why?
Skilled based curriculum and one set of books for all the children of the country. What helps them to provide knowledge of practical skills and no different curriculum to get confused.
What is your philosophy of teaching?
Try to understand the requirements of a child not of curriculum. Relate your knowledge with the level of the child. Involve everyone and everything in your teaching as mother nature do.
What are your suggestions or opinions for today’s parents in shaping up children’s personality? Especially in this Online or computer age.
It is a request to parents try not to be parents or mentors try to be their role models. Rest everything, they get from google.
What are the three most important strengths you possess that will make you a successful teacher? Also any weakness in you which you want to improve upon?
Organization, discipline, persistence, collaboration creativity. My weakness is kindness, and I do not want to improve upon.
If you had not been a teacher or not associated with education field, what would you have been and why?
Then definitely I would be a person who directly or indirectly associated with children.
What do you want to accomplish in your profession in next 5 years?
To set up an example for all the educators that love your students not your subject then definitely you will be able to deliver your subjects well.
