Having a science background I enrolled myself for my graduation (B.Sc in PCM) from Kanpur University. Having said that what got my attention more was the field of Library and information science so I did my b.lib.i.sc. and M.lib.i.sc. from kanpur University campus in the year of 2018 and 2019 respectively , why i chose Lib. Sci. as a profession because it gives the knowledge of all subjects and also gives an opportunity to work on the technological aspect of mngmt. of libraries and let say the information institutions. Talking about my technological knowledge i passed out CCC and i have done a project on CMS(content management system) also which gives a glimpse of how knowledge is being handled in the various institutions with the help of technology and softwares , talking about softwares i have working knowledge of KOHA and SOUL , i also have knowledge of some other softwares such as JOOMLA and Greenstone. Moving from my academic background to professional background, In the year of 2019 I joined "Naraina group of institutions" as a head librarian after working there for 2.5 years. Currently I'm working at Cambridge public school as a librarian and teacher. Why teaching? well because it gives a sense of satisfaction of giving knowledge and requires skills such as patience , commitment and passion which i have in me. Well it's a wrap for my intro scroll down for more such information.

Like any other profession the field of education also requires patience , knowledge , commitment , work ethics and passion towards giving knowledge moreover a profession it's a social cause of nation building by nurturing the new generations…this is the main objective of choosing it , you can also call these terms as inspiration also because by nurturing the new generations we're Actually inspiring them in the process and also sometimes getting inspired by these new generations also. In short, education is a field which requires giving and in the process we also inspire and get inspired.

Well the greatest achievement any educator can have is when there students gets the motive or let say gets the way of their career or get success in their careers …this is the greatest achievement which an educator inspire to have 'cause it makes them proud and respected also , that's when the sense of satisfaction also comes in.
How has the education system changed as per your view since you were a student yourself?
As life goes on , so do the things. So in the same way the education field has been and will always evolve. What changes it brought is the more Student friendly environment . And the clarity of thoughts as far as career and in general life is concerned among the new generation/students.
What are the qualities you think an individual should possess to be a good teacher or work in the field of education?
Patience , Passion for teaching/giving knowledge , Profoundness of student behavior.
How do you handle discipline problems in today’s world? What is the most difficult aspect of discipline for you?
What comes before discipline is focus .Focus on your goal/aim. And what is more important than focus is regularity, what comes before regularity is enthusiasm… So to speak of discipline , is that you have to work on your goal with focus and regularity and that too with enthusiasm , so these're the most difficult aspects of discipline.
If you were to change 1-2 things in our Indian education system, what would be those & why?
One thing which is more required in our education system is ….That courses should be more practical based and suitable for today's ever changing environment ..the time of theory or let say scripted way is by gone now even some countries have more skill/practical based courses rather than the theory based .
What is your philosophy of teaching / education?
My philosophy of teaching is let the students be free , don't overburden them , give them a practical view of teaching which they can use in their life.
What are your suggestions or opinions for today’s parents in shaping up their children's personality? Especially in this Online or computer age.
Like food or anything in general, overdoing anything is bad. Technology is a boon until and unless we use it wisely the same goes for the computer . Parents should keep an eye on the children like if they're overdoing it and also let the children know the cons of overdoing it. By this way children can themselves choose what is right and wrong and will not feel suppressed by their parents.
What are the three most important strengths you possess that will make you a successful teacher? Also any weakness in you which you want to improve upon?
My strengths are :- Passion towards giving knowledge , Strong communication skills , patience
My weakness could be giving more knowledge then it's required.only if this qualifies as a weakness.

TEACHERS SPOTLIGHT PROGRAM
The role of a teacher in society is both significant and valuable. It has far-reaching influence on the society he lives in and no other personality can have an influence more profound than that of a teacher. Students are deeply affected by the teacher's love and affection, character, competence, and moral commitment.
Yet teachers don't get their due respect and credit these days. We have started a Teacher Spotlight program where we recognise the effort of these silent and true Heroes of our society and tell their story.
