Office, work, traffic, family.. so many wrongs in world, this or that, you may have seen people complaining all the time. Here’s the hard truth. When you or someone you know is the one constantly complaining about how bad you have it and how horrible life is and has been, it’s time for a change. Read the following story which explains why should you stop wasting your time complaining and be happy.
People visit a wise man complaining about the same problems over and over again. One day, he decided to tell them a joke and they all roared with laughter.
After a few minutes, he told them the same joke and only a few of them smiled.
Then he told the same joke for a third time, but no one laughed or smiled anymore.
The wise man smiled and said: ‘You can’t laugh at the same joke over and over. So why are you always crying about the same problem?

So, stop wasting your time complaining and be happy.
Learn to determine what is making you unhappy. It could be study/exams stress or you are working in a job that you don’t really love. Or it could be that the people you are surrounded with are people you don’t really like or surrounded with negative people always find the factors causing your unhappiness. Just get avoid them.
Once negative energy is thrown out of the door, try looking for the positive things in your life. Those things may not be obvious, but they are there. It may be in spending time in solitude, having a healthy body, or having a supportive partner. There is always something that should be worth your positive attention. No matter how awful things may look, always do well to find a good angle to it.

Focus more on your present and value things you have. You should understand that things won’t be perfect and the moment you are living is the life. Stay positive, healthy and be happy.
